Susana has over 10 years of customer service experience. Her motivation has always been to help others. She joined our team in the Summer of 2022 and is dedicated to making sure our client’s needs are met. She enjoys reading and kayaking. But, absolutely loves spending time with her husband, her two sons, and a cat named Batsy.
